We are looking for an Influencer Project Leader for our Marketing Department.

As an Influencer Project Leader within the Communications Team, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and evaluating influencer marketing initiatives to enhance the organization's communication efforts. You will collaborate closely with our subsidiaries to develop and implement influencer campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives. Your expertise in influencer relations and project management will be essential in driving successful collaborations and maximizing brand visibility and engagement.

In this role, your main tasks will be to :

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to support communication goals and objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers whose values, audience demographics, and content style align with the organization's brand identity and communication goals
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring clear expectations, deliverables, and compliance with organizational guidelines and policies
• Coordinate content creation and distribution schedules with influencers and the different subsidiaries to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and communication objectives
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, leveraging data and insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs within the organization
• Coordinate subsidiaries' initiatives with influencers and maintain a global overview

Profil

Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field
Proven experience in influencer marketing, communication strategy, or related roles, preferably within a corporate or agency setting
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to convey complex ideas concisely and effectively
Demonstrated proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and team members
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and derive actionable insights
Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics platforms
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation
